Tent Sizes

Savanna can currently cater for anything from a sit down function of up to 220 people with space for service and bar etc. to a backyard party for 30-40 friends.

We will arrange a site visit with you to see what is possible and to offer advice and ideas on how to achieve the best use of the space. Here are the details of our current range of tents – these are non pitched dimensions:

12x9m silver/grey • 50 people seated • 70 people cocktail style.

15x12m silver/grey • 90 people seated • 120 people cocktail style.

15×13.5m silver/grey • 100 people seated • 130 people cocktail style.

Seamed tents silver/grey • Stretch tents are joinable. Use this option to create larger spaces and separated areas.

To get an estimate of the number of people a particular size tent combination will accommodate, multiply the length by the width of the tents, add these together and divide by 2 for a seated or by 1.5 for standing/cocktail. The number you get is the approximate number of guests you can accommodate.
